MP-4 Kelvin Surface Probe Set

Engineered to support a variety of surfaces, plating, and bonding resistance measurement requirements. These probes repeatable resistance or bond testing on metallic screens, conductive layers, flat or plated surfaces etc. Test current is evenly distributed through the probe base while potential sensing is accomplished via a spring-loaded center contact.
