1. "A" Battery Charger:
(Standard on 4314; optional on 4020) This AC powered adaptor (120 VAC) recharges the Ni-Cad batteries in Valhalla's portable ohmmeters.

2. "AL"/"CU"/"AG" Temperature Compensators:
(For all ATC models) For aluminum the "AL" (4030ppm/°C), for copper the "CU" (3931ppm/°C) and for for Silver the "AG" (3800ppm/°C) compensator provide a 20°C reference (std.). Other coefficients and reference temperatures available special order.

3. Option "IEEE", "RS232", "PAR" or "BCD"- I/O Data Outputs:
Installed in a compatible Valhalla Ohmmeter the "IEEE" and "RS232" options provide GPIB (IEEE-488) or RS232C interface based ohmmeter measurements to a host controller. Option "PAR" provides a direct resistance value printout to a Centronics parallel compatible printer. Options "IEEE", "RS232" and "PAR" are available on models 4014, 4100ATC, 4150ATC and 4165 Contact Resistance Ohmmeter. Options "IEEE", "RS232" and "PAR" are factory retrofittable (4300B in Spring '94 - see item #16). BCD is available with all AC powered models, and is an 8-4-2-1 parallel, binary coded decimal, positive "1" state.

4. "CC4" Meter Accessory Soft Vinyl Cover:
Accommodates either the; models 4314 or 4020 with extra room inside velcro latched side pouch for test leads, probes, cables, manuals, etc. (No sholder strap)

5. "CK" Shielded Extender (48") Cable:
Allows ATC options "AL" and "CU" to be placed in closer proximity to the ambient of test sample.

6. "HDB" 4 Heavy Duty rechargeable Ni-Cad Batteries:
Provide Power for models 4020 and 4314 for approximately 13 hours. Standard on 4314, optional on 4020.

7. "JAWS" Heavy Duty Kelvin Clip Set:
2" opening for use on large bushings, transformers and motors. The upper/lower jaw teeth (gold plated) provide true 4-wire measurement. Can accommodate up to 150 amps.

8. "JB-2" Rear Terminal Heavy Duty Connectors:
Available on 4300B only, this option provides rear-mounted locking Bendix connectors to prevent accidental disconnection or for use in rugged field applications.

9. "KCS" Medium Weight Gold-Plated Kelvin Clip Set:
Useful for custom 4-wire measurements on components, transformer wires, fixtures and a variety of loads. The gold plated "KCS" clips open to 1/2" and accommodate up to 10 amps of test current.

10. "K" 4 Wire Kelvin Lead Set:
48" shielded cable set, dual banana type terminated with gold plated "KCS" clips. Recommended Valhalla Ohmmeter lead set for attachment to wires, pins, lugs, flanges or posts (up to 1/2").

11. "KK" 4 Wire Kelvin Lead Set:
6 feet shielded cable set dual banana type terminated in "JAWS". (All models). Refer to "KL" (below" for 10 amp heavy gauge wire requirements.

12. "KC"/"KL"/"KLB" 4 Wire 6' Heavy Duty Kelvin Lead Set:
Constructed of heavy gauge lead wire for 10 Amp compatibility. Terminated with "JAWS" for quick, reliable load connection in either:
KC - Positive mating locking Bendix connectors.
KL - Spade Lugs.
KLB - Dual Banana Plugs.
All three sets available in custom lengths up to 50 feet. "KC" requires "JB-2" rear terminal option be fitted on the 4300B ohmmeter.

13. "MP-1" Kelvin Micro-Probes (4-Wire):
48" shielded cables (dual banana), handheld pencil type, terminated in spring loaded steel tips with .05" separation (1 amp max.). Special orders or modified versions available upon request.

14. "MP-2" Kelvin Mini-Probe Set:
48" shielded cables, handheld pencil type, terminated in spring loaded steel tips with 0.18" separation. (1 Amp max.)

16. "MP-4"/"MP-5" Kelvin Surface Probe Set:
Engineered to support a variety of surface, plating, and bonding resistance measurement requirements. These probes provide repeatable resistance or bond testing on metallic screens, conductive layers, flat or plated surfaces etc. Test current is evenly distributed through the probe base while potential sensing is accomplished via a spring loaded center contact. For consistent results with smaller target areas the "MP-5" offers a reduced surface diameter of 0.5", while "MP-4" is a 1" diameter.

17. "TL-488" GPIB Talk Listen Interface:
For the 4300B Ohmmeter only, the option "TL-488" allows full remote control via the IEEE-488 bus for automatic ranging and resistance measurements. All functions of the 4300B (i.e. test current on/off, ATC mode) may be GPIB controlled. For rapid automated production test requirements specify the high speed version, "TL-488HS" (12 readings per second). See item #3 for other "IEEE".

18. "RX-3"/"R-4" Rack Mount Adapters:
The "R-4" Rack Mount Adapter with support tray accommodates the model 4314 and 4020 series. "RX-3" provides rack mounting hardware for the models (new case) 4014, 4100ATC, 4150ATC, 4165 and the 4300B. Both "R4" and "RX-3" rack adapters accommodate the standard NEMA 19" rack cabinet dimensions.

19. "Model 1248" Dual Limit Comparator:
For use with Valhalla ohmmeters with "BCD" output, it allows for high/low limit testing. Resistance matching and sorting of devices, along with improved operator testing efficiency are a few of the benefits of using the 1248 Comparator. The 1248 Comparator relay contact closure capability allows actuation of bells, alarms, or lights for out of tolerance devices under test.

20. MP-S Single Pointed Probe Set:
48" shielded cables, handheld pencil type, terminated in a single point. (2 wires to each point) 1 Amp max.

21. Option K-Gray Lead Set:
Shielded 4-wire Kelvin cable set, 48" terminated in "KCS" gold-plated clips. Particulary recommended when using the 20M and 200MOhm range on 4014s.
